Steamed Kala Chana

Loaded with fibre, vitamins and protein, the humble kala chana can make for a nourishing snack. The choicest grains of kala chana has been picked and naturally steamed to give you the magical goodness of nature. You can spice it up with the optional seasoning and savour bit by bit. Being good to yourself has never been so easy.

How to use

Open the pouch and its ready to eat. If you want it warmed up, pierce pouch and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Alternatively immerse the pouch in hot water for one minute. Open pouch and relish the spoonsful of goodness either plain or spiced up. Add in some chopped onions, tomatoes and coriander when you feel like you need more.


How to store

It is sterilised so can be safely kept in normal room temperature, does not need refrigeration. Once inner pouch is opened, refrigerate immediately and consume within 24 hours.
