Corn is everywhere in the market now, so why choose Ta-daa corn over others?
Ta-daa corn comes with a unique ‘health edge’. And it’s much about picking the kernels the right way. At Ta-daa, great care is taken to pluck out the kernels carefully by hand without damaging the ‘germ’, which is the little white flame-shaped spot found inside the corn. This is the healthy ‘heart’ of the corn, and contains nourishing micro-nutrients and nano-nutrients, a must for our physical well-being.
So go ahead, pick Ta-daa corn off shelves or order online at Bigbasket, Paytm and Amazon.in.
Whip up some healthy hummus with our recipe:
Ingredients: 1 pack of Ta-daa’s boiled chickpeas; 2 to 4 tbsp. water; 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil; 1 tbsp. lemon juice; 1 garlic clove minced; 3/4 tsp. ground cumin; 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
Method: Add the chickpeas, 2 tablespoons of water, the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt into a mixer. Process until smooth and creamy. If needed, add additional water to thin out the hummus and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to your taste preference.
Dip in some pita bread or carrot sticks and enjoy!
Prepare some tasty rolls with our recipe using Ta-daa's sweet potatoes.
Ingredients: 2 packs of Ta-daa's sweet potatoes cut into chunky wedges;1 red chilli, finely chopped; 2 tbsp olive oil; 2 tsp cumin seeds; 1 tbsp garam masala; 1 red onion, thinly sliced; juice 1 lime; 2 tsp sugar; salt according to preference; 6-9 chapatis; 150ml natural yogurt and a large bunch of coriander leaves.
Method: Cook on low flame. Toss the sweet potatoes with chilli, 1 tsp oil, cumin seeds, garam masala, salt according to preference and plenty of seasoning on a skillet. Cook for 25-35 mins, turning wedges halfway, until tender and golden.
Meanwhile fry onion in remaining oil for a few mins until partly softened, stir in the lime juice and sugar with some seasoning, then turn off the heat.
Make the chapatis then assemble by adding a couple of wedges of sweet potato to each, followed by a scattering of onions, a dollop of yogurt and a small handful of coriander leaves.
Roll up and relish on a bed of lettuce!
